PAYMENT & REFUND GUIDE
Clear before you confirm.
BENARIAN is preparing a secure request-to-book experience. The final price, inclusions and cancellation terms will always be shown before the guest authorises payment.

Your card may be authorised for the displayed total while BENARIAN confirms the room with the supplier. An authorisation is not a completed charge.
2. Charge after confirmation
Payment is captured only after the supplier returns a confirmed booking reference. A confirmation and receipt are then sent to you.
3. If booking fails
BENARIAN will cancel the authorisation. Your bank controls how quickly the pending amount disappears from your account.
4. Cancellation & refunds
The specific hotel and room cancellation rules shown at checkout apply. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, less any clearly disclosed non-refundable amount.

۳. در صورت ناموفق بودن رزرو
تأیید موقت مبلغ لغو میشود. زمان حذف مبلغ در حالت Pending به بانک صادرکننده کارت بستگی دارد.
۴. کنسلی و بازپرداخت
قوانین کنسلی همان هتل و اتاق که پیش از پرداخت نمایش داده میشود ملاک است. بازپرداخت تأییدشده به همان روش پرداخت اولیه بازگردانده میشود.
